Use this service to get help with wired or wireless network connectivity, report a larger outage, or request changes to network ports and jacks.

Description and Details

  • Choose Connection Issue (My Device) for problems affecting only your device, such as Wi-Fi, ethernet, or internet connectivity issues.

  • Choose Network Outage (Multiple People) for problems impacting multiple people, a floor, or an entire location.

  • Choose New Network Jack to request a new network jack for an existing space.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee.

Required Approvals

None.

Fulfillment Time Frame

  • Local issues: Up to 24 hrs depending on complexity.

  • Outages: Investigated immediately as critical incidents.

  • Port / jack changes: Varies depending on level of work required.
