Disconnect service for a smartphone or other wireless device that uses a cellular connection.

Use this service to get help with wired or wireless network connectivity, report a larger outage, or request changes to network ports and jacks.

Request New VPN Access

Submit a request to set up VPN access through the County’s GlobalProtect platform. VPN access is required to securely connect to internal County systems from remote locations.

Video Surveillance Cameras & Equipment

Request new County video surveillance cameras or report issues with existing equipment.
