Required Approvals

Change Radio Alias Update Firmware or Codeplug Programming Update Talkgroups (Channels) Report Radio Equipment Issue

Change Radio Alias
Submit a request to change the radio alias (display name) for a user’s radio device (portable, mobile, or console). Use this form when the on-screen/dispatch name needs to be updated.
Update Radio Firmware or Codeplug Programming
Request an update to radio firmware and/or radio programming (codeplug) for a County-issued radio (portable, mobile, or console). Use this option when a radio requires a firmware upgrade, a programming change to channels/zones, or both.
Update Radio Talkgroups (Channels)
Request to add or remove radio talkgroups on a County-issued radio (portable, mobile, or console). Use this option when a user requires new talkgroups or removal of existing ones.
Report Radio Equipment Issue
Report an issue with a County-issued radio or accessory, including transmit/receive failure, audio or microphone problems, power/charging issues, damaged antenna, display/buttons not responding, or programming/talkgroup errors.
